Refund Policy

At Fresh Wave Cleaning and Home Watch Services, we aim to provide high-quality cleaning services and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our policies carefully.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 20%.

No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

2. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

We do not typically issue refunds for completed services.

If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refunds may be considered only if we fail to perform the service as agreed and cannot remedy it through a re-clean. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Limitations

Refunds do not apply to dissatisfaction caused by pre-existing damage, client preference changes, pet behavior, or unsafe/inaccessible conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, accessible environment for our cleaners.
